Synopsis

Rita sends the evil Eye Guy to kidnap a young friend of Billy's who has been working on a new virtual reality machine for the school science fair.

Comments:
  • When Bulk and Skull return for their clothes, they are wearing towels. Are we to believe that those were the only clothes they had?
  • That's a pretty sophisticated virtual reality system. Too bad we still don't have anything remotely as good 12 years later.
  • There is a scene when the villains talk about how Eye Guy used to go around kidnapping people as if it were a long time ago. Although, the kid was wearing modern clothing.
